Mota-Engil Group is a multinational with operations in the segments of Engineering and Construction, Environment and Services, Transport concession, energy and mining. One of the largest European construction groups and part of the World Top 100, Mota-Engil is making its mark in 28 countries across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, with holdings in approximately 300 companies.
The program was spearheaded by MEXT, a Mota-Engil company working as an accelerator of local and global transformation, this Intrapreneurship Program provided a structured framework to fast-track employee ideas focused on four key areas—Management, Operations, Sustainability, and People.
Employees from different geographies and companies created a powerful set of actionable, project-ready proposals that aligned perfectly with Mota-Engil’s transformation goals—ready to drive both operational excellence and long-term growth.
